Terms and Conditions – Each purchaser, landlord or vendor will be automatically entered into the draw to win a new Proton Persona G Manual valued at $19, 500. Starting from the 27th of October 2011, each entrant must have a signed tender and have paid their initial deposit of $3,000 to build a Procorp Home, purchased an established home, listed an established home to sell, or signed a property management contract with Procorp by the 31st of December 2011 to be eligible to win the Proton Persona G Manual. The Minimum tender / contract price / rental property value must be $200,000 and the home must be built, sold, purchased or rented within Procorp’s areas of operation.
The winner of the Proton Persona G Manual will be drawn on Saturday 4th February 2012 and will be awarded the prize. If the signed tender does not proceed to contract, or the real estate contract does not settle, or if the management contract does not continue for 12 months the participant will forfeit their chance to win the ‘Proton Persona G Manual’ on move in day, settlement of contracts day, or fulfilment of a 12 month property management contract day. The ‘Proton Persona G Manual’ RRP $19,500 complete with Greenslip, Stamp Duty and 12 months Rego! (Excludes Commercial Projects).
Additional insurance, petrol and any other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. The Prize is not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Entrants must be 18 years or over.
