The experience that my wife and I had with Procorp Design, and in particular Belinda Underwood and her team, was very professional and extremely rewarding. It enabled us to build a home which was customised perfectly to our needs and which optimised the features of the location and orientation of the block on which it was built. With Procorp, we got the home of our dreams exactly how we wanted it for not much more than the cost of a project home. The Procorp design team completely obviated the need for an architect, and minimised the risk of communication issues between the design and build teams.
The team was particularly good at understanding our requirements and finding solutions which met those requirements. We knew what we wanted in terms of the layout and look and feel, but we didn’t know how to get it. The team provided innovative options with materials, roof designs, detailed internal design, colours and facades that brought our visions to life and today we have the finished product and it is every bit as good as we had envisaged.

Dear Ian,
It has now been a little over two months since we received the keys to our brand new home. Now that we have settled into our home we wanted to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Paul and yourself for bringing our dream of building a brand new home into a reality. Thank you for ensuring that the entire build process ran smoothly from start to finish. We wanted to also pass on the message to you from many of our neighbours who frequently commented on the reliability and hard work that was exhibited by Procorp staff and contractors. They also noted they could not believe how efficient and smoothly the entire process ran. Thank you to Belinda and her team for getting the plans together in the early stages and working tirelessly with Council to have them approved! And thank you to Irene who was always most helpful.

I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate and thank your staff Annette Rolfe for managing my investment property and Elise Josephson on the recent sale of it. Annette was always helpful with anything I wanted to know and Elise sold it for a price that I was VERY happy with, always keeping me informed.
