The Procorp Group originally began operation as Procorp Property in Narellan in January 1998. Since then, the company has experienced exciting growth, becoming an award winning business and leader in the industry. For several years we traded as a Professionals agency, establishing ourselves as one of the top ranking Real Estate Agents in the country. This can be attributed to the highly professional and unique approach the company takes to providing real estate solutions to sellers and buyers alike.
Our approach to the real estate business is unique and totally orientated around the customer, with solid and cost effective advice and a no nonsense approach. We train all our staff to the highest standards and use state of the art systems ensuring the best possible advice at all times.
In July 2000, Holmwood Builders was established as a home builder in the Macarthur region. Holmwood presented the community with a unique product – quality ‘finished’ houses at affordable prices. This approach has been very successful and is the cornerstone of our construction business today. High quality home packages totally finished at a great price.

Although a part of the Procorp Group for several years, Holmwood has only recently been renamed Procorp Builders. We have extensive experience in residential and commercial construction. Procorp Builders provide a range of services such as house and land packages, custom designed homes, knockdown rebuilds and renovations as well as integrated housing.
Procorp have offices in Narellan, Albury, Beresfield and Ulladulla. We now have display homes located at Oran Park in the Sydney Metropolitan Region, Waterford County in Thornton (Hunter Region), The Elms in Thurgoona (Albury Region) and now open in Renwick Estate, Mittagong (Southern Highlands).
